Looks inviting doesn't it. Freycinet peninsula in the background. We were getting closer to our destination of Lake Leake.
It wasn't long before we reached our accomodation for the next 4 nights. The wonderful Lake Leake Hotel.
A quick set up camp
And then into the bar, These guys are so predictable eh!.
I had strategically positioned my tent so that it was a straight run from the bar. What I failed to factor in was my inability to go straight when leaving the bar!:scull:

The following few shots are of the Lake Leake Cribs. Holiday homes for anglers. You could score one for between $39000 to $80000 if you like Trout that much!
It was a lovely little place very peaceful and quiet. I looked at the Cribs and then looked at my wallet. I had enough for a beer! I trudged back to the Inn for a little something to help me dream about this place.

I just love this pic. The're not looking at the magnificent GSX 1400. The're looking at the "Coffin" attached to the side of it. I can only imagine what they are thinking. Perhaps it's "Hey it looks big enough for two"
And here's the Mayor of Lake Leake. Actually I've paid for all his kit through Shire rates. It's a rare shot of Williamson clipping his nails. Normally his PA would be doing it.
Just as well I was listing to starboard when leaving the pub. Otherwise I would have walked straight into the fire that Robbie had cunningly set in my path.
