I was raining quite steadily when we went through Queenstown, and a detour to iron blow wasn't on the cards. Got to Strahan ok, might go for a wander tomorrow if the weather improves.Nice waterfall on the way into Queenstown.

Tassie weather, crappy one day, magnificent the next. Went to Zeehan and then back to Strahan via Queenstown and Iron Blow lookout. 165ks. Excellent. 71 geocaches so far. Derek would probably have twice that number on the first day

276k today. Strahan to Tullah via Queenstown, Rosebery and Cradle Mountain. Cradle Mountain was a disappointment, could only get to the visitor centre and then shuttle bus to the top, not going to happen. 3000 people a day it was told to me. WTF, car park was chock full. Good day though, still lovely weather.

195ks today. Tullah to Waratah then down to Corinna. A bit different to when we were here 43 years ago on our honeymoon. Across the Pieman River on the punt. Past the Reece dam back to Tullah. Weather still great, but tomorrow doesn't look good going to Stanley. Whatever. Still better than working.
