No wheezing, really....just screaming its lungs out.
And some busy time stirring the cog-box. :D
Then choofs off the tar onto the dirt without backing off from its 90kmh.
Stand on the pegs and let her fly.
How capable a "small" bike of that sort can be (as a gravel-tourer) has been proven endless times by Bernard in NZ (XT225 hanging with a bunch of 650thumpers for 2 weeks solid) and Squiz on the 400Drizzer.
Even chance it was the riders rather than the bikes though...

Easy to get lost for a week or so around that area. And the 'lil XT is the PERFECT kit for it.

I still can't fathom how something-250 can put a 1200sized smile on the dial everytime you take it....where it belongs!!

Deceptive, too....it never stops to sucker you into going into places you've got no right to be.:chug:
That little XT will stay in the garage to the end of our riding days, no "buts".

 Agreed the lil XT is deceptive!
Riding mine makes me 15 years old again!
Only problem is a day on the XT takes a WEEK to recover from due to the mind being 15 and the body being somewhat older..:killingme
