Not as fit as I use to be...

Hytram

<-- now went that way
Work gives us a day off for our work anniversary and it my 24th..

So Friday I took the day off and went riding.

About 300km all up, down to Anakie and then straight up through the Brisbane Ranges and then through Lerderderg State Park

Bloody ride unfit.

Ended up bashing the gear lever into a rock and bent it backwards, luckily it's steel and it bent back in place.

Lerderderg is in bad condition, I have done this track many times, I had to go in land to get past in a few places..

Great to get out, even if I had ride the last 50kms in the rain, but at least I know my gear is still waterproof PSX_20240824_204722.jpg

No surprise being knackered, after that!

Sweet shots with that canola and wattle sea-of-yellow backdrop:clap:

It’s funny that the older I get the more I find doing the weight work in the gym makes more of a difference.

Doesn’t even have to be heavy weight in the gym, just using the muscles that don’t get used driving a desk all day.

The rain over the last few weeks have made a bit of a mess of even the bitumen roads. The pot holes have all opened back up again.

They’re talking of 20mm later today which will make a mess again.

Kieser is almost cross between pilates, reformer pilates and gym.
Very structured training which is good.

I've been at the gym for a while and feel rubbish if I don't get off my ass and move.
It's good for the body and the mind and the scenery ain't half bad either. ;)

I'll send you sexy pictures of my legs until you sign up (Dim might start getting jealous so you better sign up!)
