It's been a while between rides

Lifestyle changes due to covid, job changes due to covid, home suburb changes due to covid, I get out on the bikes so irregularly I have kind of forgotten when it was that I used to make time to go on rides.

Today I tootled around the roads between the western suburbs, and the Werribee River. I stopped once just to prove I was out of the house.

Nev, I know how you feel. Took the Strom out for a 30 minute ride on friday to see if back can tolerate riding and also remember how to do it despite my GP saying no riding until he gives the OK. Good news is all went well after a wobbly start while the brain reacquainted itself. I too will be getting out and about more. You mention bigger garage, do I detect a possible expansion of the bike fleet...lol

You have one of those as well? I doubt whether my surgeon has ever ridden a motorcycle but he still seems to think that he knows more about riding one than I do.

I was given a detailed list of don't
Don't drive a car
Don't ride a motorcycle
Don't ride a bicycle, etc

They seemed quite shocked when I pointed out the skateboards and scooters were not on the don't list so I was assuming that they were okay.
