Looking for somewhere unusual to stay? Nothing fancy? Inexpensive? ($50 per bed) Don't mind quirky? Here it is: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gNuaQf6mKgZJiZGy7

But don't take the bride!

Owner / operator / publican / licensee, Gary (Gaz) Swinton opens the doors, takes bookings when it suits him, that's generally when he is not out riding. If you want to stay, send him a message.

Outside the pub could do with a lot of work, inside as well. But comfy beds, plenty of very hot water in the shower, cold stubbies ($7) and softies ($4), BBQ'd eye fillet (cooked on the veranda), bowl of king prawns to share, IGA salads (in tubs) (meal $35), plenty of biking yarns, the VW Amarok moved out of the shed so we could park the bikes under cover.

Biking yarns? Yeah, Gaz is a keen biker. The keen eye will pic nine of his pride a joy parked in or on the bar / tables and dining room.

Squeezed amongst and between the bike is the contents of several op shops.

Use it, or loose it.

Wow it's changed a bit since i was out there. I stayed a night on the way home from somewhere further north probably a dozen years ago. Very basic. But bloody nice road in and out.

I think it’s still basic, good, worth another stay (blokes only), but still basic.

Yeah, nice roads.
