Ant does Lerderderg

Inspired by @Hytram , made a spur of the moment decision to head out to Lerderderg State Park... just hit up the Google maps to get me there via Bacchus Marsh but that took me to Picnic Flats with no track access - lots and lots of people enjoying the day there though.

So back up to Camerons Road to find a way in. Google nominated a few left hand turns but they were signed "private property - no access" so I didn't take any. Camerons Road went dirt and entered the park. Nice road, some steepish descents. Lots of reasonable looking tracks off down to the gorge but being on my own didn't want to risk a fall this time.

Such a great day, the smell of the bush, the sun, but not too hot.

Watch to see if I bin it in the mud!

Lerderderg is amazing, only an hour outside central Melbourne. Will head back soon.

Hytram

<-- now went that way
Great stuff..

If I get a chance I will map up the tracks that I know are do-able by yourself.. Some are, some can be a little hairy

Good move getting out and about.
Wasn't as warm/ hot as I anticipated.

Maybe check out a few more places/ roads/ tracks there, then call a ride to show it all off to us Easterners :)
