A glorious three-mile stretch of macadamized road out of Atlantic City was indeed a tempting bait, and I admit for a few luscious but brief moments I set at defiance all limits of speedimposed for the general welfare of the public by worthy law-makers upon the motoring population of New York State.....

I LOVE that sentance. even 100 yrs ago there were (insert derogative remarks) fun police dictating "safe" limits....good on you chap for riding to the conditions and enjoying the freedom that motorcycling can offer
