That looks like the Seiseralm/ Italy/ near Bolzano by the shape of those mountains in the background.

one of the Montenegro-loops has now been officially christened the "Durmitor-Ring" and will be marketed as such. It'll be a couple of years or so until it reaches overseas markets like US/AUS and info seeps through the cracks and grooves of the international motorcycle-travel-channels.
